A pantry staple for fresh, ripe tomato flavour at any time of the year. Peeled tomatoes are made from Roma tomatoes and taste sweet and acidic with meaty flesh. Use them to make quick, classic pasta sauces like pomodoro or spicy arrabbiata. Chop and add to braised dishes like chicken cacciatore, braised rabbit with olives, or meatballs. Delicious in a quinoa and bean chili or in shakshuka for brunch.
