You might be surprised at how outrageously good this is! This Maple Vinegar is a deep amber colour and its acidity is mellowed by the sweet flavour of 100% pure Vermont maple syrup. It is a natural in smoky barbecue sauce for ribs and in marinades for salmon. Use it to sweeten chutneys or brighten the flavour of caramelized sautéed apples. Stir into maple syrup and pour over pancakes and waffles. Delicious in glazed bacon, marinades for pork, vinaigrettes for grain and green salads, or drizzled over ice cream.
